Safety Warning & Cautions

1. Keep work area clean . Do not use machine in damp , wet locations . Do not use this machine in the presence of flammable gases or liquids.

2. The power source must coordinate with the power feed.

3. The SWITCH should be in the OFF position when not in use or before plugging.

4. Do not place any other things on the machine . Avoid water or other liquids to splash on the machine.

5. Do not use inappropriate attachments in an attempt to exceeds tools capacities.

6. Maintain tools with care.

7. Clear the machine every 250 hours such as the rotor direction change , carbon inside the machine and other dirt so that the insulation can be ensured.

8. Insert lubrication oil into the gears and smear graphite base grease on the teeth of the gears.

Shipment

Normally all linear scale and DRO can be shipped out within 5days after the payment, and we will ship the goods via DHL, FEDEX,UPS or TNT. And we will also ship from EU stock for some products which we have them in oversea warehouse. Thanks!
And Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund charges for refused shipments.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Warranty

We provide 12-month free maintenance. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return, If any part is required to be replaced,the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

2. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples, the sample cost is requested and freight collect. Pls informed that all samples cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
