Power Feed Description

1.The TON-E power feed adopts compound stator, which is more powerful during operation. When the compound excitation type stator enamelled copper wire (0.6mm45 turns in series excitation and 0.13mm 1800 turns in separate excitation) is running, the series excitation and separate excitation has the function of instant complementation. When the machine tool is running, the torque and speed will not drop and shake during cutting, so as to ensure the safety of the tool and the smoothness of the workpiece.

2.The rotor of our power feed is made of high temperature resistant enamelled copper wire. It is dynamically balanced by weight removal. The specially designed cooling blade has good heat dissipation in both positive and reverse directions. The aluminum alloy bearing seat makes the rotor not easy to rise in temperature and deform. It is stable in operation and has a long service life.

3.The main board is protected layer by layer. Each link has a safety protection voltage, which will automatically adjust when it is unstable. In case of external factors, it is easy to repair

4.The ratio between the transmission plastic gear and the motor spindle gear is infinitely small. The two gears will not return to the original point after rotation. The plastic gear has a long service life, and the sound of the gear will be smaller with more use.

A new patented clutch is adopted, which can turn left and right instantaneously. The transmission plastic gear will not be damaged by the motor spindle teeth. The clutch suction is placed within 0.4 seconds, and the repeated positioning accuracy of the same speed origin is within 0.05mm. In addition, the APF-500 adopts the super strength type with planar tooth clutch, which has no slip and stronger torque, and can be used for larger machine tools or heavy cutting machine tools; Other safety functions and accuracy are the same as those of APF-950 and APF-750.

1.Durable: The product is mainly used for the working movement of the milling machine workbench in the X coordinate direction to achieve positive and negative conversion and infinite manual speed regulation, replacing the traditional gearbox speed change mechanism.

2.Quality: If the tool collides with the workpiece, or there is a special patented safety device when the left and right instantaneously reverse, the plastic transmission gear and electronic parts will not be damaged during the fast escort.

3.Precision: The fast escort button is designed on the left and right switching handles, which is ergonomic, convenient and fast to operate, with inching function at any feed speed, and can easily make the workpiece reach the processing position.

Stable: the speed adjustment efficiency is good. When the tool is cutting, the escort speed changes little, so the cutting surface precision is good and smooth. When the tool is escorted at low speed, the machine will not shake.
